In Spring 2025, quite literally, all my friends were pregnant. As a childfree by choice woman, this is something I have been dreading. Would we be friends still? Would we have anything to talk about? Will they ditch me for their new “Mom” friends?

Then I realized… wait, this is just the patriarchal systems that have trained women to activate “different teams" and "childfree women and Moms can’t - and shouldn’t - be friends." I call BS.

So I decided to play around and write an epic poem (so basically the Odyssey ok?), about this realization and the power of actively fighting that old narrative.

This book is meant to celebrate all choices that women make to shape their own lives, and see those differences as strengths, not weaknesses.

A portion of the proceeds from book sales will go to All Options, a talk-line for pregnant people seeking information on all their options, without judgment.
